DELIGHTFUL PATIENTS
Miracle of the month - September
Archie is a 9 year old happy chappy, Border Collie. He is a very special part of the team here at Mulberry Lane Veterinary Clinic, and is always so happy and excited to visit the clinic and staff. He is much loved by his proud owners and fellow companion border collie Zac; they are the best of friends.
Archie is a very brave dog and not a lot holds him down. However a few years ago his owners were told that he had a slipped disk, he was then referred to a specialist for specialists surgery as he was paralyzed from the abdomen down. Being the brave dog he is he had the surgery and within weeks was making healthy progress and made a full recovery and is now able to walk again and live a happy healthy life.
Joey of the month - Charlie
This month we decided to do something different and have a Joey of the month! This little bundle of joy is called 'Charlie' and was raised by Jamie who rescued him after his mother died. Charlie is much more human than roo, he loves nothing better than to curl up on the lounge in front of the fire and snuggle with his dummy! Charlie came to us at the clinic when he got very lethargic and lost his appetite but thankfully he is now back to his old self, hopping around the backyard on his spindly little legs! Although he still loves milk he is now starting to eat grass, we hope to see you soon Charlie!
Ferret of the month - Squeak
This is our little ferret of the month "Squeak". Squeak came to us for desexing and we got to meet the whole family! Her husband Bubbles and son Spud also came along for a visit. Squeak now gets bossed around by her son as he has grown much bigger than her! Squeak loves attention and having free run of her enclosure. We hope Spud doesn't give you too much trouble Squeak!
