Moving house in 2017!

We are moving in 2017! Our new home is taking shape on the corner of March St and Lord's Place. Locals will know the building as "The old Petbarn" but it will be unrecognisable when its our new, purpose built Vet Hospital. Large airy reception area with separate waiting places for cats and dogs, new operating theatres and well laid out consulting rooms mean this building will be a special place for your pet to get the best loving care. There is a lot of work to do, but 2017 will be an exciting year for Mulberry Lane Vet!

A special treat!

Did you know that your cat or dog is considered to be a senior at 7 years old? Or that your pet's food and exercise needs change dramatically between the age of 5 and 9? The correct balance of nutrients is essential to help your pet stay healthy for longer. Your pet's diet needs to be correct for his or her life stage and for any medical condition, such as arthritis, which is more common in older dogs. Royal Canin special diet foods for cats or dogs are specially formulated to help the needs of your pet at every life stage, and the range is especially helpful for senior pets. The team at Mulberry Lane Vet Hospital are happy to provide advice about which food will best suit the needs of your pet, and also offer your dog or cat free pet weigh ins, as keeping an eye on your pets weight is important at any age.
